To flourish, we define a local culture and a shared vision for well-being and happiness, beginning with women and building a solid foundation for the entire community. Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Laureate, introduced a transformative model for supporting women’s well-being, showing that when the health and happiness of women and mothers are prioritized, the positive impact extends across families, communities, and generations.”
Well-being is inherently collective; it cannot be fully experienced in isolation. When future mothers have access to supportive, culturally grounded structures, they lay the groundwork for resilient citizens and for communities capable of continuous growth, learning, and mutual care.
This training, dedicated to community facilitators working with future mothers—our “Caregivers”—focuses on developing the core competencies needed to practice and promote well-being and happiness in everyday life.
Our interventions center on cultivating “circles of belonging” and creating support systems where each mother can connect with herself, with others, and with the place she inhabits. Through ecological approaches to happiness, and by nurturing awareness of how we pay attention and how we give our time, participants will learn to sustain the chemistry of happiness among mothers, helping them remain connected to vitality and joy regardless of external circumstances.
Aesthetic communication becomes an essential tool, enabling mothers to express their authenticity and contribute to a community where the common good is prioritized. We want each participant to leave with practical skills and strategies that strengthen the well-being agendas of new and future families.
